Shipping rates and policies

How We Handle Shipments

Our standard shipping method involves using "COLISSIMO" packages through the French postal services. Each envelope (solid cardboard envelope for the 22.5x15cm print format) and tube (other formats) will be dispatched with a tracking number for both domestic and international orders, and will require a signature upon delivery (available for most countries). We cover the cost of insurance for orders exceeding €200 to protect against loss or damage. Our packages are meticulously crafted to be shock-resistant.

For expedited delivery, we offer the option of using DHL. Please contact us prior to placing your order to inquire about this method, as different rates may apply.

Shipping includes packaging, handling, and postage. Detailed postage costs for shipping Sandra Pfeiffer Photography Fine Art prints can be found below.

Customs fees and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Packages are sent to the address provided by the buyer after receipt of payment and the production time of the prints by the professional lab.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Except in cases of force majeure or during periods when the online shop is closed, which will be clearly announced on the homepage of the site, delivery times will be as indicated below, commencing from the day after the print is produced by the lab.

For deliveries within mainland France, please allow 10 working days from the day after the order is placed until you receive your freshly printed print. This extends to up to 30 working days for other destinations.

Smaller prints consistently have a shorter production duration compared to larger formats, regardless of the delivery destination. The seller will provide the buyer with regular updates on the printing process, as well as dispatch and delivery status.

Customer Care

It is possible for us to custom-make orders, such as personal dedications.

For other available formats and editions, the fixed price table of the overall artwork will apply (updated May 2024), and the edition number is decided by the artist.

Please note that custom-made orders may not always be possible to fulfil, but we will try our very best.

The signature and edition number are usually placed on the back of the print, but don’t hesitate to mention if you prefer authentication on the front of the photograph when placing your order.

Please note that the print sizes indicated in the store are measured without margins. If you wish for the signature and edition number to be on the margins of the front of the photograph, this must be indicated before we order the print from the lab. We cannot reorder prints in case of omission of mention by the buyer, and note that custom-made orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Delivery Territories

Sandra Pfeiffer Photography products ordered on the Site can be shipped worldwide (subject to exceptions).

For security reasons, Sandra Pfeiffer Photography company will not process orders nor ship parcels to addresses with P.O. Box or Cedex codes.

The products are shipped to the delivery address you have entered during the ordering process. The Site, misspfeiffer.com, cannot be held responsible for any mistakes in the address you provided or for the loss or misplacement of your parcel by the transporter.

Shipping Rates and lead times

Shipping costs for prints sized 60x40cm and above are covered by the artist.

Delivery costs for shipping Sandra Pfeiffer Photography FineArt prints up to 45x30cm (rates from 26/03/2024):

Service used for shipping: French postal services La Poste for home delivery parcels with proof of deposit.

Due to eventual mishandling by postal services, prints sized 30x20cm and 45x30cm will only be sent in a tube and not an envelope.

• STANDARD SHIPPING - Solid cardboard enveloppe (for 22,5x15cm print format) : €7,89

Terms and conditions:

• Delivery within 2 working days to Metropolitan France and Monaco.

• Packages deposited after the deadline will not be delivered until the following day, at which time the delivery days will start to count down.

• Indicative delivery time: 6 to 18 days. Estimated times may vary during crises.

• Proof of deposit: Yes

• Tracking: From deposit to delivery. Except for Wallis and Futuna, French Southern and Antarctic Territories (T.A.A.F.): up to the point of exit from mainland France.

• Delivery: In a letterbox (if parcel size allows) or against signature for parcels weighing more than 5 kg.

• Notice of receipt option: Notification by post of the receipt and delivery date of the parcel to the addressee. For Colissimo Overseas with Registered option.
